🌸 Chinmaya Blossoms – Nurturing Little Minds with Love and Strength 🌸
At Chinmaya Vidyalaya, our Pre-KG section, Chinmaya Blossoms, marks the beautiful beginning of every child’s educational journey. This academic year, we are blessed with 10 vibrant little learners, who bring joy and energy to our nurturing environment.
In Chinmaya Blossoms, learning is woven through playful, hands-on experiences designed to awaken curiosity, spark imagination, and build a strong foundation for holistic development. Every activity is carefully curated to support both fine motor and gross motor development, which are essential for a child’s physical growth and school readiness.
Our daily routines are filled with engaging games such as:
- Ball pick-and-drop
- Bead stringing
- Scoop and pour
- Sorting and stacking
- Sponge squeezing
- Paper crumpling
- Threading and peg boards
- Balancing games
These activities help strengthen hand and finger muscles, improve finger dexterity, enhance eye-hand coordination, and refine grip control—skills that are crucial when children move on to the KG class and begin tasks like pencil holding, buttoning their shirts, or packing their bags independently.
We aim to foster self-reliance in our little ones. Through fun-filled tasks and movement-based games, children gradually learn to do their daily activities on their own, boosting their confidence and preparing them to step into the next level of learning with ease and joy.
