Dileepan is the Senior Manager responsible for leading Strategic Innovation programs within Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) a global leader in Information Technology across the globe. He has been with HP/HPE for over 24 years and have a varied experience of having started the career with HP as a R&D engineer working in networking products, and moving on to become a R&D Group manager and then switching his career to become a seasoned L&D professional. He is currently part of the Office of Chief Technology officer leading innovation programs aligned to company strategy.
Prior to HP/HPE he worked for 7 years in DRDO as a Scientist in Defense Communications area in their R&D labs in Bangalore. Dileepan started his career as a Customer Support Engineer for Pertech Computers Ltd.
He completed his graduation in Electronics & Communication from College of Engineering Trivandrum in 1990. After completing the LP School in Chinmya Vidyalaya in 1978, Dileepan studied in Christ Nagar School Trivandrum and did his Pre Degree in Government Arts College.
He is settled in Bangalore and his off work passions include travelling, professional coaching, reading and music.
Chinmaya Vidyalaya instilled the basic values and principles in me and the teachings from Bhagavad Gita that I learned in various dicourses by His Holy Highenss Swami Chinmayanandaji, when he visitde the school and from other teachers, has stayed on with me and helped me surmount various difficult situations in life and take decisions whenever I have had a dilemma. Unlike other educational institution that I studied, the school left a mark in me by blending spirituality with leaning. The school environment, my fellow students and teachers always made me look forward to an interesting day, everyday. There was a good balance of studies and extra curriculra activities like watching movies like Adi Sankaracharaya.
